Does this violate Airbnb's terms of service?+
RepeatStay only collects guest information that guests choose to share, and any invitations to rebook go out after checkout, on your own channels. You're responsible for reviewing your platform agreements — we simply give you the tools to build a direct relationship with guests who opt in.
What if I don't get any guest captures in a month?+
You're never charged until your first guest is captured. No captures, no bill — it's that simple.
Do I need any technical skills to set this up?+
No. We print and ship your QR card, set up your guidebook page, and configure your rebooking emails. You just place the card in your rental.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — there are no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.
What data do you collect from guests?+
